Spring 2019 Courses
We are thrilled to reveal our Spring 2019 Programme.
We are constantly revising and tweaking our courses and seminars to better suit you, whether you are a green beginner or a well-established author. In 2019 we welcome new faces to the Centre including A.L. Kennedy, Oonagh Kearney, Cethan Leahy, Kevin Breathnach, Sheila O'Flanagan, Kristina Yee and many more. We're also partnering with arts Centres around the country to bring our services to writers outside the Capital. We are visiting Cavan, Louth, Kildare and Mayo as well as returning in force to Belfast and Derry in Northern Ireland.
For those wanting to pursue creative writing even further may be interested in our Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Creative Writing run in association with the American College Dublin. The MFA focuses in particular on writing prose fiction. The MFA offers aspiring or published writers a one-year course of study which examines the process and practice of producing prose fiction. Within a critical workshop and mentoring format students are provided with tuition and advice in completing either a novel or a short story collection.
Our courses are divided into headings, designed to help you identify your own level as a writer and to encourage you to try new courses. Please note our Booking Terms & Conditions when booking a course.
