Food Writing with Lilly Higgins
Starts: Sat 8 June 2019
Time: 10.30am – 4.30pm
Duration: 1 day
From long intricate descriptions of recipes and their origins to short snappy one-liners for use on social media posts, food writing is everywhere we look. There is an art and a technique used to create such writings and Lilly will help you find your true voice in the ever-increasingly noisy world of food writing. From getting started, subject matter, editing and motivation, getting your work out there and seen, to nailing down what your own style is, this course will equip you with all you need to put down the whisk and pick up the pen!
