How do you make your work as strong as possible before submitting it to publishers— or, indeed, publishing it yourself? In this intensive practical course, you’ll learn about different types, stages and approaches to editing. Working off your own and other’s texts, you’ll also learn to identify a range of craft choices—from story, voice and character to sentence and punctuation—where your editorial eye can intervene, to make a good manuscript great.
