Harvesting – Lisa Harding in conversation with Laura Slattery and the Irish Times Book Club

Harvesting tells the story of two young girls, Nico and Sammie, who are victims of sex-trafficking. Harding tackles the often-underreported subject head-on, drawing on the real-life stories she read in 2012 while she was involved with a campaign against sex trafficking run by the Children’s Rights Alliance.

About the Author

Her prize-winning novel Harvesting was published by New Island to critical acclaim and has just been optioned by an IFTA and BAFTA-winning director.
