Proving there’s more to murder than motive and opportunity, Shane Dunphy, author of the bestselling Dunnigan series of crime novels, will spend a day sharing the secrets of how to craft the perfect debut mystery novel.  Establishing character, drafting plot points, laying your trail of clues, world-building, and establishing and sustaining pace will all be explored.  Shane will examine the complex world of crime genre, and ask the important question: does it matter? Using some classic authors, he will give examples of how the masters deal with the tricky issue of dialogue.  And finally, he will help you gather your suspects for the big reveal.

Shane Dunphy (also writing as S.A. Dunphy) is the million-selling author of twelve books.
