Praise for Lisa Harding's Writing Courses:
Lisa Harding is an inspiration and is adept at bringing the best out of us all. Her feedback and encouragement has been instrumental in my growth as a writer. Since taking the first course in the autumn of 2014, I have been published by the The Incubator Journal, Carried in Waves, Short Fiction Break and have been short-listed for the Over the Edge New Writer of the Year award. I always enjoy and benefit from Lisa's workshops and couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Lisa Harding's talents as a writer, a teacher and a mentor are without question. Lisa excels at both formal classes with modules on specific techniques or story analysis, and the more intense critical appraisal classes dissecting our work. She brings to each session analytical skills, critic skills, as well as mentoring skills in bringing out the best in your writing. I felt I have learnt so much in the 2 courses I did, and would highly recommend doing a course with Lisa.

I have taken two creative writing courses with Lisa Harding, and look forward to more in the future. She understands each individual, no matter their writing style or voice. With her knowledge and her feedback, she helps you become a better writer.
She is respectful and encouraging, and has inspired me to do what I love best - write.

I find Lisa's classes extremely engaging and enjoyable. She is very skilled at imparting both her knowledge of literature and her evident enthusiasm for the well written and spoken word. She provides extremely detailed feedback on work submitted and takes great personal interest in everyone’s work. As a student, I find that all of her classes are meticulously prepared and her teaching style is very constructive and encouraging. However, she expects high standards and always provides honest and constructive criticism where needed.

I started a creative writing class with Lisa last year and have continued taking classes with her since then. I found her teaching approach, exercises and choices of examples to be highly inspirational. Her approach is always encouraging and she delivers the class with great enthusiasm. My writing process, structure and themes have improved significantly since I started in her class. She has given me the confidence to present my work to others and to start a larger writing project that I had often thought about doing but had not figured out how to start. I would highly recommend Lisa's approach to teaching and cultivating creative writing.
