Booked Out: Teens Writing Camp with Deirdre Sullivan - Easter Holidays

Starts: Tues 16, Wed 17, Thurs 18 April 2019 (Easter Holidays)
Time: 10.30am – 4.30pm
Duration: 3 days
Cost: €150

This workshop, for teens aged 14-17, will focus on creating pieces of work that they can edit and develop over the course of the three days. The participants will work on building stories, characters and worlds, and can also explore what works and doesn't work for them in the fiction they consume. Drawing on the fantastic and commonplace as writing prompts, the students will engage in a variety of ways to craft and hone their fiction.

Deirdre Sullivan is an award-winning writer and teacher from Galway. She has written four novels Prim Improper, Improper Order, Primperfect and Needlework.
