Course Summary
This one-day, stand-alone workshop invites writers of all levels to explore how nature shapes and inspires creativity. Through a selection of shared texts, participants will be offered gentle prompts and dedicated time to write in any genre or form. Where possible, the day will include a mindful walk outdoors, or time spent with items from nature as a source of inspiration. There is no obligation to write about nature; rather, it serves as a starting point to spark ideas, awaken memory and deepen each writer’s connection to their own voice.
