Session 1 – Identifying individual challenges and Goal Setting, begin looking at Physical Presence.

Session 2 – Breathing, using hands, Virtual Platform Hacks, Eye contact (f2f and virtual) *Exercises live in session

Session 3 – Managing nerves and Limiting Beliefs  *Exercises live in session

Session 4 – Vocal Tools  *Exercises live in session

Session 5 – Writing Content shortcuts specifically for speeches, interviews, and presentations  *Exercises live in session

Session 6 – Live presentations and individual feedback

Participants will have homework after every session to send ahead of time to me.
