In this two-hour writing workshop, we will use small heirlooms, keepsakes or a beloved book or photo as the inspiration to start our writing. Often, writing about a beloved object leads us onward to draft a short memoir, story or personal essay about family, friends or past experiences. Beginning writers or those trying a new genre are welcome. Please bring along (a) the object or a (b) a photo or a description of the object of your affection.
