Residencies

We currently have residencies available in the Cill Rialaig cottages, Co. Kerry, Tyrone Guthrie Centre at Annaghmakerrig and Notre Dame Kylemore, Co. Galway. See below 2025 opportunities:

Notre Dame Kylemore Residencies: In April 2025, three writers were awarded a fully catered six-day residency in the beautifully restored Notre Dame Kylemore on the grounds of Kylemore Abbey in Connemara, Co. Galway. Applications are now closed.

Annaghmakerrig Residencies: In August 2025, we will be awarding five writers to spend seven nights in the self-catering cottages at the Tyrone Guthrie Centre, in Co. Monaghan. Applications will open in May 2025.

Cill Rialaig Residencies: In October 2025, we will be awarding seven writers with a ten-day residency in Cill Rialaig, Co. Kerry. Applications will open in July 2025.
