Dublin Book Festival: Literary Producers Event
The Arts world has had to adapt considerably in the last number of years to changes in the media landscape and audience engagement. This facilitated discussion, also exploring residencies and arts marketing, is for professionals creating literature events at festivals, venues, libraries, or any organisations, to share experiences, gather information and try to explore how we can work together. Valerie Bistany is Director of the Irish Writers Centre. Julianne Siron is Director of Dublin Book Festival.
Valerie Bistany is the Director of the Irish Writers Centre, Ireland’s flagship resource organisation for writers. She is a professional arts manager, producer and event coordinator with 20+ years of international experience in the industry.
Julianne Siron is the Director of Dublin Book Festival.
The Irish Writers Centre is currently housed in 19 Parnell Square, Dublin 1. This is a Georgian building which unfortunately does not have a lift. There are 5 steps into the entrance level. The majority of the event’s activities will take place in the Kiely room which is on the first floor and requires climbing 30 steps in total. There are public toilets available and these are located on the ground floor and basement floor of the building. For further information on access to our building, please email: email@example.com.
