Takin’ the Mic with MC Berni Dwan

Welcome to the Irish Writers Centre first ever online Takin’ the Mic where participants from the Irish Writers Centre course Online Spoken Word: Inspiring Memoir via ‘Coming-of-Age Literature’ with Berni Dwan will perform their work.

A limited number of places are available for members of the public to perform.  

Please note that performers need to sign-up by Friday 16 April by 5pm. Places are not guaranteed as demand is likely to be high.

We welcome poets, prose writers, songwriters and musicians, comedians and all wordsmiths.

The guest MC for the evening is Berni Dwan and the special guest writer is Alan McMonagle.
