A celebration of W.B. Yeats in words and music | Sunday 15 March 3.00 pm | €5
While the exhibition of paintings inspired by the poetry of W.B. Yeats will be on display from 12 March, be sure to join us for a special commemorative event on Sunday 15th.
We will be weaving together visual, literary and musical responses through recitals of a selection of the poetry of W.B. Yeats, short original pieces on Yeats’s life and work – as crafted by members of the Irish Writers Centre writing groups – and musical settings of Yeats’s poems by the noted harpist Claire Roche. Daniel Soro, guitarist, will provide additional music.
Informal recitals of poetry | Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 March, from 2.30 pm
