Immerse yourself in the world of children’s books with award-winning children’s writer, Sarah Webb.

The course will cover: age groups, creating characters, plotting, settings, dialogue, writing (and illustrating if you are an artist) picture books and much more.

Sarah Webb is an award-winning children’s writer. Her books include: A Sailor Went to Sea, Sea, Sea: Favourite Rhymes from an Irish Childhood, illustrated by Steve McCarthy and Blazing a Trail: Irish Women Who Changed the World, illustrated by Lauren O’Neill.

She has been teaching creative writing for over twenty years and runs writing clubs for young writers. She also programmes family and schools events for several book festivals and venues.
